ADD Community Center is a small web site which allows for more personal attention to each person who posts on the forum or attends the nightly chats.
Join Vanessa every evening at the ADD Community Center
for an informal support chat from 8:00 to 11:00 PM Eastern Time.
Vanessa has ADD, MS and is the mother of 2 adult children who have ADD. Her husband, who she calls Saint Clueless, is a supportive life partner and devoted Dad. Vanessa says that her dog also has ADD. She has a wonderful sense of humor about the experience of living with ADD and raising a family. Drop by and share your experiences, ask for advice or just spend time with someone who understands what you are dealing with. Vanessa knows about the day to day surprises and the wonderful gifts ADD brings to peoples' lives.
The web site is still evolving and you are welcome to make suggestions of what you would like to see there. It is run by Vanessa alone who had help from a dear friend, Troy, in setting up the site.

I will be on the chat from 8:00 to 10:00 PM Eastern Time on the first Wednesday every month to answer questions about ADHD and coaching.
It is an open topic forum.
